How groups learn to work together effectively, communicate, make decisions, and establish their systems is important to their long-term success. I have over 15 years of experience working with consensus-based groups. I have also earned a Masters Degree in Organization Development. I consult for communities, cooperatives, small businesses and other organizations that want to reach more of their potential. I can offer meeting planning and facilitation; training in consensus, facilitation and communication; and a participatory process of problem solving or strategic planning. This process increases the group's skills while also addressing current concerns. I am primarily available in the Bay Area and Northern CA.
